I was so excited to try this place, my boyfriend used to work there and raved about the food. Unfortunately every single time... I?ve been to eat I?ve thrown up the food as it?s made me extremely sick. It?s like the food is being made under unsanitaryconditions. I have given it multiple chances and every time without fail I get sick. The people in there who work there alsodon?t seem very clean and very rushed for hardly any customers to serve. Also be warned there is a 4% ?convenience? fee added toall meals paid with a card, for what reason I don?t know. They also hardly do delivery anymore, I think it?s time for thisrestaurant to give up and close. Try Terrys Thai Cafe across the street, they have amazing food and I haven?t gotten sick oncefrom them, and they are so much cleaner and nicer. Read more
Their inability to handle call volume while I'm trying to make a call-in order(I feel as though they leave the phone purposely... off the hook) is more consistent than the quality of the food itself. It seems for every 5 call-in orders I attempt to make, 3go unanswered or I get a busy tone. This is very irritating and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Read more
We love the food. Staff is great. Only recommendations is for food consistency. I love pancit but some times it's extra saucy... smothering, to dry or to peppery. This is the go to for my kids and family for the Chinese Cravens. Read more
Walked in and the black girl sitting down had to get up to take my order and was rude the whole time. Didn?t give me a chance to... see what I really wanted since it was my first time there . Then after I placed my order she was like you can?t wait outside wewill bring it to you . Like what if I wanted to wait inside she was just very rude attitude. Tonight was my first experience at Asian Garden and I will say, Wow! Called in an order and was ready within the given time.... Front staff were great! Friendly and informative. I?m currently looking at all the leftovers I?ll have! Serving size is HUGE!!Definitely recommend if you?re in the area, and I?ll definitely be returning until they give me a reason not too! So, I have eaten here before and I have also ordered delivery. Both have been fine. It has been a while since I dined in, but... recently decided to go back. Food was good, place was clean, I only have one issue: when I sat down it was a family and only me.No phones where ringing, people did not come in, no rush, but besides 1 very nice waitress and someone on the phone, the otherswere just standing around talking. Maybe it's because I work in a place where you are constantly moving, or maybe it's thestaff's ages, but it just slightly bothered me. Food and service were still great, just that slight annoyance.
