I used the app to order my pizza so it would be ready when I got there. The app said it would be 34 minutes. I arrived and... waited in line for 15 minutes after the app informed me my order is ready. When I got to the window it took over 5 minutes forsomeone to acknowledge I was there. The young lady was informed I was there for my order. She seemed unaware of my order beingready. I told her the app said it was ready 20 minutes ago. She then said, "It is not ready and needs 5 more minutes." Iinformed her the app said it has been ready 20 minutes ago. She then said "well there is only 2 of us here." I have been sittinghere for another 10 minutes and it is still not ready. "Wow, awesome service." Read more

With Dominos being a new competition in town you would think there would be shorter wait times. They should provide an accurate... delivery status (I waited an additional 30 minutes after I received the text-prompt of "your order is out for delivery"). Had Iknown that the wait time was set for 60-75mins prior to the my order being placed instead of after my order was placed I wouldhave looked into other food options instead of spending $60 for pizza that was warm (not freshly hot) and making the kids waitfor food. I understand there's a shortage of employees since no one wants to really work, but they should at least give apersonal call to inform you of the status and provide an alternative. If they had called me and said that pick-up was an option(with the credit of the delivery fee) I would have opted into that instead of making everyone wait for food. Read more

I have never had issues until recently! I ordered $60 worth of food, took 2 hours after I got the message saying it was on its... way! Everything was basically cold, it was 11pm by the time we received our food so I didn't want them to remake it. They saidthey would email me back within 24 hours to see what they could do and I have not received anything from anyone! And I orderedthe food May 19th! Definitely starting to not like to order pizza hut because of the issues lately. Read more
