It is a while before I've been to an arby's an easy menu to order from Not knowing the menu before I got there and I decided on... the sliders which were amazing particularly the the chicken and the beef slider. Read more
Usually the food is good. But on this last visit, there was something off about it. It tasted spoiled. And some members of our... family had diarrhea. Don't know what happened with the in-house duties of food storage, temperature, and quality control, butthey missed the mark this time. Read more
Decent location. Nice & clean inside. Employees were nice & helpful. Ordered the Smokehouse brisket sandwich. It was drenched in... bbq sauce. Couldn?t taste anything other than the sauce. Took a few bite from the brisket & lacked any flavor. No wonder Arby?smade a ?french dip? out of that sandwich. I?ll give it a try again & next time I?ll ask them to put the sauce on the side. Normally I'd give it a higher rating but I just tried to go tonight and the drive thru was coned off. I pulled in and parked... and saw the lit up open sign and tried to walk up when one of the workers gestured to me that they were closed. This is around8:30p, though they're supposed to be open til 11p. It wouldn't bug me as much of they had turned off the sign or did somethingto make it obvious they were closed so I wouldn't waste my time pulling in, especially since there were two workers I sawwalking around inside and everything was fully lit up. I've gone by before and saw the cones in the drive thru and assumed thedrive thru was closed and just moved on, but this time I decided I'd actually just stop and order inside. I guess I know betternext time, but I still don't get why they didn't just turn off the Open sign to make things clear. Read more
