Decent location. Nice & clean inside. Employees were nice & helpful. Ordered the Smokehouse brisket sandwich. It was drenched in... bbq sauce. Couldn?t taste anything other than the sauce. Took a few bite from the brisket & lacked any flavor. No wonder Arby?smade a ?french dip? out of that sandwich. I?ll give it a try again & next time I?ll ask them to put the sauce on the side. Normally I'd give it a higher rating but I just tried to go tonight and the drive thru was coned off. I pulled in and parked... and saw the lit up open sign and tried to walk up when one of the workers gestured to me that they were closed. This is around8:30p, though they're supposed to be open til 11p. It wouldn't bug me as much of they had turned off the sign or did somethingto make it obvious they were closed so I wouldn't waste my time pulling in, especially since there were two workers I sawwalking around inside and everything was fully lit up. I've gone by before and saw the cones in the drive thru and assumed thedrive thru was closed and just moved on, but this time I decided I'd actually just stop and order inside. I guess I know betternext time, but I still don't get why they didn't just turn off the Open sign to make things clear. Read more
Order came up 1 RB short. So glad we double checked BEFORE leaving the parking lot. It took a minute, but eventually we got our... missing sandwich. Fries were great, regular and curly. Sandwiches were good to very good. So, I'd go again for sure, but I'llbe checking the bags BEFORE I pull away next time. ??????? Read more
The drive thru was clear and my order was taken immediately. The Customer Service rep was very cordial and polite. We talked... about some of the other menu items. My food was cooked to perfection and was very tasty. All-in-all, my experience was great. Oh, and the price was good. Read more
So? I get hungry tonight, I dread the thought of going out for fast food, moreover, the only other fast food I?ll even entertain... is Wendy?s, strictly for their hot n spicy chic sandwich, of which, I can never seem to get Wendy?s to provide me with a fresh,made to order sandwich, no matter what time of the day it is! The only other fast food restaurant id even consider, would beArby?s? Wouldn?t you know! I stopped in this particular Arby?s, against my better judgement and was completely Wow-ed!!! TC, thefranchise owner, just happen to be present, as he took my order! I expressed my concerns regarding my disdain for fast food, butTC assured me that I had come to the right place! He proceeded to take my order all while I observed the cleanliness of therestaurant while I waited for my order! To my dismay, not only was my food fresh, but it remained nice and hot, all the way tomy comfy lazy boy, where I happily devoured the most satisfying fast food ever!!!
