Was in the area and this spot had great stars but for this establishment to be claiming it's "authentic" is a hard core ????The... parking is HORRIBLE. The waitress was pleasant, menu had lots to pick from, the servings/portions are big but the food had no"flare" to make me want to come back again and eat. The michelada's are way to spicey to enjoy and everything was a bit overpriced. Read more
Place is cozy and staff is friendly. Has limited parking since it is next to a motel/hotel. I had a BLT egg omelet with hash... browns and it was delicious. Read more

Cute place. Got to enjoy their outdoor seating by a pool which was a pleasant surprise. They had yummy thick tortilla style... chips and salsa. Ordered the carne asada plate. It was good, well cooked with some rice and beans. Washed it all down with acold Modelo & Dr Pepper. Was stuffed after. The staff was friendly and checked on us every so often to see if all was good. The food tasted too commercial, although the meat was very good (shredded beef) The salsa and enchilada sauce tasted store... bought not fresh made. Not very populated considering they're right next to a hotel. Their menu says they only offer 1 drinkrefill. I found the restaurant through Google, but won't return. Read more
I'm actually not a big fan of Mexican food, but this place turned me around. The food in this place is fantastic! The... ingredients are fresh and properly cooked: onions and peppers are still crunchy, as they should be, not over cooked as they arein most restaurants. The salsa is delicious and you can feel nice soft pieces of avocado in the guacamole. Super friendlyservice. I really don't understand why this place isn't completely booked on a Saturday evening. Two stars. Service was ok. Server did not smile. I said okay only because a job is a job. Not one of the best places I've been... to. We went here expecting "authentic" Mexican food. One star removed for no ceviche. Went there thinking there would be Menudoonly to find out it was only on weekends which was not noted in the menu. So one star off for that. And what did it for me wasnot knowing we'd be charged for the chips and salsa. So another star for that. They should have said something before we wereserved. Don't put anything in front of us that was not ordered and then charge us for it later. We really don't mind, howevernotice would be very much appreciated. We liked the food hence the stars, but other than that no bueno. Read more
