I've never been to Chili's first time. This particular chilies is located in the heart of South Central, very up and coming... neighborhood and Inglewood not too far from so fast stadium. The server was very good. The food quick to prepare but not asquality as it should have been. I had a chicken salad. It was overdressed. My lady friend asked for coffee. Coffee was notavailable. I understand that times are hard and all operations don't run smoothly. I expected a better outcome for the firsttime at Chili's. Hopefully I'll get a chance to go back and the redeem themselves. The TVs, the beer and the beverages were verygood. It's a great atmosphere. The scripts of sports bar. Great place to watch kind of sporting event. Read more

Horrible take out/to go services. No one ever brought my food out to curbside even though they urge customers to use this... service. No one answers the phone when you call. So you just sit until you get fed up and go inside and find your order justsitting on a shelf. Food is not packed according to hit/cold items. Staff is totally disinterested and not willing to providegood/decent customer service. It's very busy during certain times so plan accordingly. Read more
This location is always busy. The wait was about 10 min on a Saturday evening..our waiter was awesome...food was delicious, hot... and fresh..but the most unique thing here is our food was served by a robot lol I'm so serious Read more
Exceptional slow service. Not enough staffing. Staff walking around, huddling together talking, taking time clearing tables and... acted like they didn't have a care in the world when there are people waiting inside & out. We would have to seek out waiter forassistance which is totally ridiculous! Had to point out missing a salad ordered to go & had to wait for that! The worst Chili'sI've ever been to! Read more
1st time to this Chillis. Drove from San Bernardino, almost a 2-hour drive during rush hour. We were here for a concert at the... Forum. We decided to have dinner and drinks here. Our server was great ( I forgot his name ). Great customer service and servicewere fast from the point we checked in at the front desk. Will definitely be back when we come back for other concerts. The place was nice. Server was absolutely great. We told her we were starving and she said she would get our food out right... away. Food was very good. Came out quick and hot. The bathrooms were gross so take away a star for that but besides that it wasa good experience. Love the contactless payment system. Read more
Almost every visit we are ignored and hardly serviced. There have been a few waiters that have been very nice and attentive. But... it's rare, they're never rude to us personally but we are ignored for long periods, just to even get drinks. I stopped coming tothis location bc its not worth it. Read more
