Twice this location drive thru is closed. Open sign is on, online it says they?re open 24 hrs. The two times I?ve gone early in... the morning, either the drive thru is blocked or they ignore you on the inside. This has happened twice, I?ll go before my shiftstarts at 4am. I usually have no issues with this Jack in the Box, but on this particular day, my food was cold and horrible. The curly fries I... ordered felt like I was chewing rocks they were so hard. It was way too early to have cold food. One bad experience doesn't killmy joy. I just say they gotta do better. Read more
Had an operation, so I sent a friend....I told the lady in the drive through to make sure to put ketchup. JackInTheBox lady... forgot. Then the creamers (5) for the coffee were so old, it wouldn?t even come out of the container....it was literally stiff,not liquids at all! Ridiculous. $12 for ?breakfast? and get b.s.
