Friday night my coworkers and I we make stop at this restaurant and the hamburgers were good, the service was very good.
1 ???? ish...goneeeeee. Service was condescending.....Food was "exactly" how i requested!!! I ordered my order ????....requested... my lettuce ????????????to be put on the side (so it doesn't get soggy from the ????'s heat) ????????????????....arrived at thewindow.....cashier asked "any condiments???" ????....Maps review-ers/review-ee's, quick question???? Has any fast foodrestaurant, everrrrrrrrrrr, asked you that exact question when ordering???? I stop by in the morning Monday thru Friday 6:00 am and there's always something going on and they take for ever to make the... order sometimes they just don't take the order or they don't have what I want (today 8-26-22) they didn't have a cook ????that's what the manager told me Read more
Always messing up our orders. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and got a grilled chicken sandwich!??
I love this Jack in the box. The dining room is clean, the exterior of the building is modern, and the drive thru service is... always fast. The manager here is really nice and professional; he takes his time to go out of his way to make sure the customerhas everything they need with their order. 5 Stars all their overnight workers. ?????????? Under staffed this day. Drive thru line was extremely long and not moving, so I went inside. They were clearly frustrated... inside. Another customer even brought to their attention how rude they were behaving towards customers: ignoring them, rollingeyes and snapping at people for requesting condiments, slapping receipt on counter and walking away after taking order, calling# and walking away without checking to see if correct customers picked up the order or if the customer wanted anything else(condiments)...simply rude. Quick service and predictable food. I'm trying to understand why a munchies box is $20??
The chicken sandwich is good and I really like their coffee. Good parking spaces and nice staffs.
