Needs better customer service staff is so un professional. Manager seems the same so rude and unpleasant. Drinks had no flavor
The smoothie itself is fine. I ordered a small kid?s drink because I didn?t want something so large. When the lady finished my... drink I didn?t grab it just yet because it was a larger cup than expected. The lady with the heavy poorly drawn eyeliner todayJanuary 21, 2022 was incredibly rude & said ?Do I really need to call it out for you?? Then proceeded to call out my drink. Mybrother also ordered a drink & was confirming it was his by asking ?Was this the _______?? & she responded ?thats what I justsaid.? Again, incredibly rude. The curly haired girl was very, very sweet but I feel bad that she has to work with someone asbitter & rude as her. I have worked in customer service for years & I could have the worst day but you NEVER EVER take it out onthe customer. This was my first time at a Jamba Juice & she ruined the experience for me by making it uncomfortable with herrude remarks. Read more
I don't even know how this business is still open. They're ALWAYS out of many items and I have to travel to other stores to get... a smoothie. The staff is.... not good. This place has undergone a lot of managerial changes and it seems like whenever theyget a good manager they move them. One of the best managers was Mike and after that Pedro. Good managers don't seem to stay inthis location long. Do better Jamba Juice. Read more
No sense of urgency takes there time making smoothies doesn't multi task stands at the blender waiting for it to blend. Bangs on... the blender only the cashier at the time welcomed the guest. The only good part was the smoothie itself.Like a 7 minute wait fora smoothie that aint even smooth(not blended throughly). Read more
Walked in with no expectations, was still disappointed. Staff were untrained and constantly asked the manager for assistance.... When I asked for their current advertisement, they claimed the price was incorrect and tried to make me pay almost double.Ordered a different smoothie, it was OK. Pictured is the false advertisement. Our family visited on Wednesday 14th Augusr 2019. Always wanted to check it out. I had a strawberry and banana smoothie, still... had a chunk of stuff in it which wasn't fully blend. I didn't enjoy it much. I could do this myself just wanted the experienceof trying it. My husband had Vanilla Blue Sky Bowl which cost. $8.49. He said it was ok. Read more
Always a delight to come here for a refreshing blend of fruit in a cup. Usually I get the Caribbean passion it has a bit of... sherbet in it to give that great taste I enjoy. The store is always clean & the employees are always friendly. Read more
