Out of state from New Mexico visiting a friend after the Black Eye Peas concert and decided to place a mobile order for me and... some friends to dine on after late hours. Upon arriving to Mcdonalds location I was confronted by an employee at 3:52 am whostated my order would not be completed due to hour meal change, understandable. For some odd reason I was adviced by the drivethru employee to call a number which she did not provide me with. Upon asking for her name as reference, she became extremlydefensive and approached me in a way of integeration, and after attempting to understand her approach, this employee slam closedher drive thru window at me and my family. I have never experienced this type of approach from any Mcdonalds in our 25 years ofbusiness. Extremely shocked by this locations approach, I hope the rest of our trip here in California does not reflect with thesame actions, approach and attitude as this locations very uncomfortable employee. !!!PLEASE READ!!!!!!Today I ordered a chicken nugget and medium coke. When I got the drink it looked like light brown, I didn't... think anything of it. When I got home I put the straw in the drink and tasted it. IT TASTED TERRIBLE!!!! IT WAS SWEET TEA. IORDERD A COKE AND THE GAVE ME TEA. I GAVE IT TO MY FAMILY BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT IT AND MY FAMILY THOUGHT IT WAS TERRIBLE TOO!!THIS ALSO HAVENT BEEN THE FIRST TIME THEY MEST UP MY ORDER. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I order gordita and mendoza, authentic Mexican food I recommend this place ,and the service was great.!
Asked for fresh fries, they only reheated them in oil, no fresh pastries, and the smoothie machine hasn't worked in a week. Not... a great location. Although the server was very polite and apologetic. Read more
This is unacceptable. It's bad enough to send half a day old fries, but old nasty nuggets and a stale mcchicken smothered in 3... lbs of bad mayo. This manager should definitely be fired. Read more
Someone has to say it if corporate knows or not that this store manager needs to get their staffing right. Always unorganized,... floors dirty, tables filthy and etc. Cashier taking orders touches cash and then bags customers food that can not be protocol.Nobody wears their name tag for these purposes so they won?t be mentioned. When someone picks up their order ask them if theywant any condiments not having them stand there for 5mins just for ketchup or etc. Read more
I stopped at this McDonald?s on my way to drop my sister off at home. Why did they sell me old food and I live in Santa Monica.... Staff need to be retrained, no one should have been sold this. I want my money back! Read more
