During a visit to LA I had lunch here one day which was OK and then breakfast the next day. Something was wrong with the... sausage McMuffin and I ended up throwing it away. They do have a few padded seats to sit on which are more comfortable than thestandard plastic seats. Read more

Bad customer service. My daughter wenr there tonight and was trying to use the app and apparently the codes weren't working so... my daughter thought maybe she was at the wrong location so to clarify she said is this the hawthorn location to which the girlat the window snapped at her yeah! Then my daughter said okay I need to cancel my order if the code doesn't work and I don'thave any money to which the girl yelled at her I'm not giving you free food. My daughter was like yeah I know that's why I wantto cancel it. There was no reason for my daughter to be treated rudely or yelled at. I called that McDonald's and the mangerreally didn't seem to care and wanted to defend the employee and tell me oh I didn't hear her yell she's not one to yell.. maybetrain your employees how to talk to people and be respectful. The timings given are not proper. Went there at 6 AM and was made to wait till 6 30 AM for the Dine-in to open. Only the drive... thru is open round the clock. The kids play area was not open early morning. Foo Read more
Beware!!! Homeless vagrants hang out inside and outside of the business, and it makes the visit hostile. If you choose to dine... in, be aware that the same homeless ppl will walk around your table and harass you. This store needs to do more to STOP homelessppl from bothering ppl who pay money to eat their food in peace without the threat of a homeless animal harassing you or yourfamily while eating. Just the stench of one of them will take away your appetite, so I don't know why this store allows them todo this, they never buy anything, they're just there to terrorize the guest and this store pretty much allows it.
