Food good and hot. But didn't get napkins. Had to wait 7 minutes for napkins.
Never had a problem. Getting in and out is sometimes hard if it's the weekend because it's on a busy street.

My chicken bites was re-cooked and hard. Waited a full 35 minutes before I got my food for this bs. Then I ask the cashier did... he have barbecue sauce in my bag, he said yes and there was none ; including no napkins! I?m very disappointed. You?ll willnever ever see me there.
