Cannot go wrong with Starbucks. Met a date here for the day and our food came out really good. She got some black coffee and I... got a Strawberry Frappe. Really couldn?t have made it any better. Ordered using app. Was ready upon my arrival, hot and accurate. Just wish the walk-up windows were labeled (one for orders and 1... for pickup would be nice). Customers always need to go through the award dance of moving around one another based on who walkedup first, who is waiting for their order and who needs to be acknowledged for picking up a prepaid order. I always order from Starbucks. I had a very simple, easy order which the guy refused to take because they were understaffed even... though the drive-through was working fine ( I didn't have my car at that time) . The guy with a beard told me he couldn't takemy order which he was SO rude, unprofessional about. It seemed that he was just lazy to do anything even though the store wascompletely empty when I was there. If I could give him a 0 on his service and attitude, I would. Horrible customer service.
