The managers and owners are very kind people. Service is *always* A+. Once found a screw inside my Flatizza. Spoke to Harry, the... manager, and although he was not in office, he resolved my issue without wait with a refund and even offered a free meal. I willalways go back to this Subway. Thanks Harry! I am very disappointed!!! The Son of the owner serve me that day in in a very rude way. which makes me not to ever to go back to... this Subway. when I got there, I ask the Son (server) what was the special of the week. and he answer me in bad way that theturkey was the special of the day and then he asks me what kind of bread again in a bad way and I told him jalapeno and when itcame to add the vegetables I told him to put almost all except 4 of them and that is when this person became very rude and toldme that next time I should tell him to put all the vegetables!!! so told him that I don?t like all the Vegetables and he ignoreme then his Dad the Owner was the cashier and told me that his son was right and I should tell him put all the vegetables fromthe beginning because they don?t have time to put one vegetable at a time and that this subway is fast food restaurant and theydon?t have time for putting one vegetable at a time. What this Owner and Son should learn is that they in the business of buildyour own sandwich. Conclusion I will never go back to this subway, I would go to another subway even if it is faraway.
