They do not take phone orders!!.. I've waited on the line for several minutes at a time and if you walk in they seem bothered... you are there.... not a good representation of the company.. I just want to enjoy some wings man ???? Read more

We placed an order online over an hour ago. The order was supposed to be ready within 21 minutes. We have waited more than 60... minutes now. When my mom politely and kindly asked one of the employees for the status of our order....Not only did she notallow her to finish the question but yelled at her and told her "ya escuche" I heard you in Spanish. So rude! The employees doseem overwhelmed but that's not a reason to yell at customers when asking for the status of the order. Parking is limited, orderwas not ready within a timely manner, rude employees. Won't be coming back to this location. Read more

i wanted to grab some food before my concert and chose here due to it?s convenient location to the stadium. the cashier up... charged my combo to a large drink when i didn?t ask for it but i did not make it a big deal. then when i finally got my food andcup 30 minutes later i was trying to find a large lid to seal my cup but was told there was no large lids so they gave me asmall cup. again didn?t make it a big deal i simply poured my large into the small and was planning on taking both cups sincethe large still had some soda when an employee reaches over the counter and throws it away! so what was the point of charging mefor a large cup!? i left since i overheard them saying they had no manager on shift and it was also only 60c but it?s not aboutthe money it?s about the principle. do not come here. i also overheard a customer being charged for food when he was promised bythe manager to come in and get a new order payed for since they messed up his prior order. if they know they don?t have amanager why do they keep causing problems they can?t resolve. Not crowded but very busy due to numerous online/app orders. Was told 15 minutes but actually received food 42 minutes later.... Patience is definitely needed because the 1 employee taking orders was the same employee doing all of the cooking, bagging andhanding off of orders. 2 other employees there, but they were "cleaning", however the entire place was a mess. The cashier had a horrible personality. I felt good coming in and had to step out to feel better. I almost canceled my order... because I didn't want the food to taste like the service I was receiving. The place looked completely out of order as well. Nobathroom. The list goes on. The food is good of course, however the place is understaffed for the amount of business they get. The cashier never asked... anyone what they needed, she just waited for people to come say something so we're just all standing around looking lost lol. Read more

I placed my order inside for take out. I ordered an 8 piece combo with fries. Angel as it says on the receipt was the one who... took my order. He was the only cashier taking orders which I know shouldn?t be happening as there was like 5 other customerswaiting. There was a young lady with orange hair who was just standing there on her phone instead of helping her coworkers. Iunderstand they?re under staffed but still she could?ve helped out customers instead of trying to look pretty (which she wasn?tat all .) Other than that the other dude helping me out was helpful. So if you come to this wingstop just be prepared becausethe owner still hasn?t got his crew together in place. Read more
