Very slow waited over an hour for a 6 piece comb. When I finally received my food the fries were cold.
The store was very clean and didn't have to wait long for my food,they have great service very much recommend.
I came from 45 minutes away and decided to get some REAL fried chicken while I was in the city! My mistake was stopping at this... location. No seasoning on big fat undercook wings. I wanted to cry when I finally got home sat down and wanted to eat! I guess Ishould take half the blame for not looking at the chicken before I left but dang? if you can?t automatically get good friedchicken in Inglewood .. something bad is going on!!! My fries were un seasoned i asked for dr.pepper they gave me sprite and the sprite tasted like water
I don't really like wingstop as much as I used to. I placed an order yesterday over the phone, waited 30 minutes to go and pick... it up, got there and I was told I needed to wait because the girl who took my order forgot to send it to the cooks. As I lookedat the 6 individuals playing in the cook area, with nothing covering their heads, hair everywhere, and as I watched the cashierleave me and walk over without washing her hands to help with the food. Since the store was empty and it was clear no one wasworking, I asked about maybe receiving a free ranch for my time. She told me I could cancel my order if I wanted to, it's onlygoing to take a few minutes, in a rude voice. I ask her what was she upset about. Why do you not list the correct time for your stores. I Googled and searched on your app and the times were not correct! Walked... into the store on 2323 Manchester in Inglewood CA. At 9:50 pm the young lady said they closed at 9:00pm. Then the guy tells meHE DECIDED to stay open till 10pm. WTH This is unprofessional and comes across as you do what you want. So with that being saidthis location always has problems from the soda machine to getting the order right. Sad to say I liked your product but due tothe constant issues with your chain I will have to go somewhere else.
