I've been coming to Inlet for years, and always wondered what a train caboose was doing in the town. I was intrigued to find out... that it was a panini shop. Last summer, I decided to give the place a try for lunch. I ordered the saltimbocca panini with aside of chili, a bag of baked potato chips and a bottle of water. The panini was super flavorful with a crispy crust and thechili was awesome. This place is perfect for lunch, grabbing a meal for a road trip or boating trip, and if you are staying inInlet you can order your meal to go and enjoy it at Arrowhead park with it stunning beach view.
