I've been coming to Inlet for years, and always wondered what a train caboose was doing in the town. I was intrigued to find out... that it was a panini shop. Last summer, I decided to give the place a try for lunch. I ordered the saltimbocca panini with aside of chili, a bag of baked potato chips and a bottle of water. The panini was super flavorful with a crispy crust and thechili was awesome. This place is perfect for lunch, grabbing a meal for a road trip or boating trip, and if you are staying inInlet you can order your meal to go and enjoy it at Arrowhead park with it stunning beach view. Our family stopped to eat here while camping in the area. This is our second time eating here, and we all agree that The Caboose... earns five stars for the service and the food.
