Went on May 4th. Place was unkept and looked unorganized. The display cones on the counter top were so old that they had... literally wilted. I should have left at that point. The staff were unengaged, not wearing any kind of uniform or branded shirt(I was not sure at first if they worked there). The marble slab was not cold so it was wet when my ice cream was mixed withOreos. Not all ingredients were added to the order (I?m not sure if they were out of stock or the guy behind the counter justdidn?t care, but no explanation). We got our bill? $7.89 for a small cup of ice cream and $8.89 for a regular cone. Theshopping center is nice so I hope they turn this place around. We have always had good experiences here until today. We waited 30 minutes past the time for a preordered cake and then getting... something that looked like a 3 year decorated was really disappointing, especially for the price paid. The pattern around theside was suppose to have red, green, brown and white, but she didn?t even get the brown and white pattern correctly, missingseveral places. The brown is squished between or really tiny, in addition to all the letters and hands looking like spikes withclaws. I was hoping it would still taste good despite the poor decoration job but unfortunately it was crispy and hard. Read more

Was so disappointed. We got 4 milkshakes, one ice cream cup, and two cookies. The cookies and ice cream cup were good, however... the milkshakes were basically flavored milk. They had absolutely no thickness to them. Whole milk is thicker than what we weregiven. The whipped cream was good though. My daughter got strawberry and I could have bought strawberry milk at the store andput whipped cream on it and they would have been exactly the same. And it cost us nearly $60 for that Read more
We went here on a busy spring break night and the staff handled the crowd like pro?s! The line moved quickly and we made it out... unscathed, lol. The ice cream was delicious with lots of fun combinations and variety! Read more
I ordered a birthday cake shake, regular size, which even if perfect, is a little pricey for the amount you get. $9.00 for a... shake. When I got the shake it was basically a slushie. Watery thin. They agreed it was bad and remade it. It was slightlybetter but still not a good shake. We had a large group of kids with us and most of their ice creams were melting already whenthey were handed to them. I think keeping the shop colder and refrigerating the ice cream better would solve these problems.This place could be great, but right now the price they charge is not worth the product. Read more
Asked for the filling of the Oreo ice cream cake but decorated like the sprinkle cake. The 2 Jamaican girls working were rude... but said they could do that. Picked up the cake and cut it and it was solid vanilla all the way through. Picture to referencethe order card and what we got. I?m not sure if the girls wrote it incorrectly since there?s no mention of Oreo or chocolatecake or what but it?s definitely not what we asked for. Disappointing and didn?t taste great.
