Food's great the service is hit or miss atmosphere sucks
I will NEVER go to Japan House in Inman anymore....the food was HORRIBLE and my bill was $34.62, but my card was charged... $41.18....someone helped themselves to a tip and the manager said it was MYYYY fault, that I shld have been more aware of 2hatwas being charged to my card!!! I order the same thing every time and have for the last 3 years and it's been pretty good up until the last 4 visits so I'm... officially done eating here. I get the filet at medium rare and it's well done the last 4 times. Always get gyoza and thedipping sauce has been missing along with paying extra for white sauce just for the cups to be barely half full. Done giving itchance after chance. Not sure what changed but it's gone downhill substantially over the last 3 months. Read more

Cook was singing and whistling (mask on????) place was extremely clean. Hubby noted the men's bathroom very clean (a plus in... his view) I got chicken udon noodles with side of mixed veggies, side of scallops. Husband got teriyaki shrimp and we also gota teriyaki steak to go. Came with 2 drinks (free shrimp sauce at napkins) $39.83. More than enough food! Will definitely comeback Read more
We were extremely disappointed in our dinner here. The food was rather high in price for the portion recieved. The calamari was... cooked in grease that was way too hot, so it was like chewing a balloon. The egg roll and spring rolls were both soaked ingrease. The hibachi and teriyaki chicken were alright but do know they contain all vegetables. We picked out half an onion fromour plate. Not a very enjoyable dinner. Read more
