Ordered a nugget combo, didn?t open the bag until I was down the highway to realize they didn?t give me my fires, got my... grandmother?s burger order wrong as well as gave me a regular coke instead of a diet root beer. The fact that I?m a type onediabetic and that giving me a regular drink when I asked for diet is very dangerous and could have ended very badly if I had notnoticed the off taste. I love A&W! They have great burgers, and the best root beer around. Service was fast too!
For some reason you can be the only customer here and they still mess the order up. Not sure what they have working in kitchen... but obviously not a clue what ther doing. Read more
Food is usually good! Staff and service not so friendly and not extremely competent. Always, without fail messes up my order... every time I go. But still good hot food, just eventually and make sure to triple check the bag before you leave Read more
Service good food is good, prices are good. The staff on the intercom speak fluent English, unlike most fast food places today.

The food was hot and fairly quick. The young people working there were friendly. My only concern is their supervisor. She wasn't... very nice to the young people working with her. Especially the young man in the kitchen. If a staff member needs to be talked toit should be done away from the customers . Read more
