I ordered dinner last night and had excellent service from beginning to end. When I called the person who answered the phone was... very professional and helpful. Considering I wasn?t sure what I wanted to order, they presented me with a few choices and in notime I had a delicious dinner ordered. The delivery person arrived faster than expected and, they too, were exceptionallyfriendly and courteous. The pizza looked great, tasted great and my wings were just the way I like them. I can?t wait untilpizza night next week. I wish I had service like this when I ordered from Dominos or Pizza Pizza. I know who to call from nowon. Read more
Great food! Amazing staff!! My favorite pizza place in Innisfil and Barrie area.
Can?t even comment on quality if it doesn?t get here. Having family and kids wait endlessly is disappointing to say the least. ... How can you enjoy anything if you?ve been waiting for over an hour? And when you do call you?re told it went out quite awhileago? For a pizza place in a town of nothing but pizza places it?s pretty ballsy to not care about customer service. In the past I have had no issues with this location but apparently recently they had a switch over of owners and they seem to be... causing many problems! Placed and order for delivery online, over an hour later no delivery and they claim that they neverreceived the order when we called them. They suggested we call the main line and they told us they see the order received ontheir end 65minutes ago and now the restaurant is REFUSING to send us our food since it would now be free of charge. So they?renot only difficult with customers but apparently their head office as well. Customer service with head office was wonderful butthe owners of this location seem incredibly rude. Their pizza is really good! It was hot, fresh, the delivery person was super nice and quick. Sometimes I forget about 241 since... we have got a couple other pizza places but they are consistently delicious and fresh! I will definitely be ordering more fromhere! Read more
I ordered from 241 Innisfil for my parents this evening, 1 panzo and a medium pizza took 2 hours exactly to arrive after being... ordered. I even had to call in after a hour and a half of waiting and sit on hold for a long time to hear if the order had evenbe made yet. Then just got told "it will be on its way soon" when the pizza finally arrived it was pretty well cold, roomtemperature at best. So if you want to wait 2 hours for your cold pizza and also have to call in and sit on hild to make sure itis going to even show up at all then go with 241 pizza Innisfil.
