Awful! You can no longer order with a person. Everything is done at a terminal that doesn't have all of the options. You pour... your own pop, no napkins or condiments and the food is cold with terrible quality. Maybe the owner of the En route should spendless money on fancy leather club chairs that no one sits in and focus on interviewing competent employees and franchises beforeadding them to the stop. Can't order at unless you use the order kiosk. Finally get my order and it is missing the fry's . And then they tell me they are... out of dipping sauce for nuggets. Sit down and realize they forgot the toy for the kids meal. Horrible service would notrecommend. Read more

I?ll save your time and be quick. Mehdi is the gentleman that takes orders and he has no emotion, and won?t acknowledge you. I... stood and waited for 5 mins with my hockey puck-like chicken nuggets before he acknowledged me at the counter. Then he squeezesthem to check that I wasn?t lying about how bad they were. Then he took them back into the area where all the other food wasbeing prepared and let the other employees touch them! It must have been 8 mins before I had any sort of replacement. The restof our burgers had the wrong toppings on them too. Hey corporate BK, how does an establishment like this remain open? Doesanybody care? None of this can be blamed on being short staffed because of Covid either, there was very few other patrons whileI was waiting. I look for all opportunities to give grace but this place was horrible. I ordered double whopper combo with puttine. First there no gravy on puttine, the burger bun is full of powder.

Hadn?t even left the building and realized fries were cold. I went back to tell them they weren?t fresh and that I would like... new ones. The old guy behind the counter argued and said they were fresh (even though they had been sitting there the whole timeI was waiting) we went back and fourth a few times and he refused to drop new ones then gave me more cold fries. Realized afterthe fact the he also gave me a large meal without asking. Would give zero starts if I could. Read more
