We attended on Saturday night for a friend's birthday dinner as not all parties had arrived yet the hostess advised our party... that they could not order drinks until all parties had arrived and also advise them they they would not hold the table ifeveryone was not there. We were parking the cars!!!! Upon arrival the kids were informed that we could not order the pizzas asthey were backed up. There were 13 people for dinner and they wanted chairs for another table and then wanted tohave our partyshift down from the patio so another party could have that table. On at least 2 occasions my friend was told they would give thetable away if everyone wasn't there. We were 10 minutes late. In a nutshell horrible service. Read more
5 star food and service at the bar . Amanda is a legend. Delicious Negroni made with ?love? . Great food suggestions .... Quesadilla,shrimp taco, goat cheese fennel salad. If only I knew how to make that salad . It?s all generous .Real winners,delicious. The food was way better than expected. The service is excellent as well. With reference to what?s out there in a goodlocation together with value for money - it?s a winner from every angle . Went here for my birthday celebration, when I arrived I was told there was 13 people ahead of me on the wait list but there was... nearly no one in the restaurant. And still waited over an hour to be seated After my group was seated, our drink orders wereplaced within 10 mins?. DID NOT RECEIVE a drink for 45 mins after order was placed, the service was so bad and it getsworse Our food was tasteless and our chicken came out under cooked; waited another hour for that to come out. Food is fine, better than good, less than great. Normally service is fairly friendly and attentive, but today (and recently)... service has been delayed, slow and seemingly unmotivated. This is unfortunate, because their sister business ?FishBone? hasgreat service and great food ? really the food & service there is 10/10. Hope to see marine room step up a bit. Read more
My family and some friends from Nova Scotia was visiting Friday harbor Christmas market when we decided to stop by for something... to eat. They told us we would be on a waiting list which was ok. We didn?t expect to wait over an hour for a seating on aTuesday night. When we were seated we ordered right away. The drinks were good but our food took about 30/35 mins to arrive. A group of 8 of us just left this restaurant. Waitress was friendly. Food was not impressive. My son and I ordered pizza. Both... pizzas came out cold. Not warm - cold. We began to eat them only because we were hungry. But sent them back to warm them up.They came back out still cold. The fries and burgers for the rest of our table were warm - not hot.
