Wow your employees showed me a whole new level of stupid. At this on route, ordered fries. Thats it. Had to use your order... express machine. Printer malfunction canceled my order. I asked cause 2 of them were just standing there watching me, if icould just order from them at their business at the til they are standing in front of. Nope said i have to try another machine. I said i dont need your product that bad and declined their offer... whole new level of stupid.. They did serve the nextcustomer behind me at said til at your business. The best I can saw about this location is I'm disappointed. Fries were hard and cold with no salt and our 2 large orders would... all fit in one container. Wasn't that long ago when New York Fries was a quality product. Not any more. So disappointing. Read more
First stop on the way up north. Can't go wrong with NYF if you want some fries. I always get an order of fries... obviously...... and garlic aioli dipping sauce, but truth be told I'd eat em naked.... sauceless. Highly recommend this spot for a quick stopfor spuds. Read more
Are these fries even made out of potatoes any more?!?! They have no flavour, no salt, some of them aren't even cooked and cooked... or not.. they all have the consistency of a week old pumpkin rotting on the porch. How lame it is that there is no straight links to their Menu items on their website. Nutritional chart, allergy chart etc. BUT... NO MENU...seriously, who designed this website? Put a page with photos and name of the dish, and price next to it...don't overdoyour website with all other nonsense details. I tried 15 minutes to find menu list, I could not, so Ordered at different foodshot at same location. I checked Manu while parked in the parking lot with a large RV and the dog so didn't want to leave itoutside for too long, thus checked the menu which was no where to be found on New York Fries website. Awful staff they hide in the back and won't cook our order. They need to be retrained and supervised. Service us lower then... one star. Took 35 minutes to get my order. Read more
