First... mistake, I saw the girl putting whipped cream on one of my Frappuccinos, I told her I order without it and she just took it offfrom the top and gave it to me like that ?!? I told her politely that she shouldn?t do that because someone may have a severeallergy and she just looked and me like what? She gave me the rest of the order and we took off. Had them remake an iced coffee twice and let me tell you the 3rd time was not the charm. This iced coffee had the slightest hint... of coffee. An iced coffee was too hard foe these folks. Read more

Like the other reviewers on here I also wish I could give zero Stars. Absolutely horrid customer service, I don't even think you... can call it customer service. The kid behind the counter was smirking at us and when we approached the accounter he snorted andsaid "okay". Like really?? Really poor service, and higher prices than regular locations as this is a service centre. Can be an extremely busy location.... Do not accept Starbucks rewards promotions at this location. See the picture of my Grande Caramel Macchiato... I haven't had asip of it yet, that was how "full" the barista made it. Read more
