I came here to this fairly new Swiss chalet location ordered quarter chicken with fries! "Fries were NOT swiss chalet... fries" They only have and serve with Harvey's fries as this building is shared with Harvey's and Swiss chalet. Do not order the "New Nashville Hot chicken sandwich" !!! This is the product that goes viral. Dry, sliver of a piece of chicken... in tooth breaking hard batter. Look at the picture from the Ad to what I got, nuff said. This review is for the worst chickenproduct I have ever received. My first time here.. There was hair in my food.. I guess no one cares ????.. they just make you another one and call it a day..... Manager Sebastián said he is not sure what I want him to do about it ?????????????????????????????????.. they lady served mecould care less..
