We are usually very happy with the service and quality at this drive thru coffee bar. However I feel it?s kinda cheap of the... management to charge 10 cents for an empty cup. Especially after I have donated profusely to all their charity calls such astheir kids to camp program. Lovely TH off the 85. It is spacious and windows on 3 sides. Even in the winter it is a pleasure to come here on a sunny day.
I love this tims! The staff is wonderful and they work very hard for being a busy store! Keep doing a great job!
Place is getting worse by the week. Chilli is now soup hardly any meat. Med coffe looks like a small. Horrible!!!!
Fly in cold brew Ordered a medium cold brew, half way through the cup I felt something in my mouth, was a little disgusted.... Considered cold brew is made in a huge jug the whole thing had a little bit of fly in it. Double double my partner got waseggshells colour, looked like they added half a cup of milk. Read more
I had a bad experience today Saturday Aug 20,2022 at 1:45pm with a employee who works on the drive through window, a white... blonde husky Canadian woman in her late 30?s or 40?s wearing a pink golf shirt not a uniform, no name tag & no earpiece on topwhich I thought it?s a manger but she had attitude, rude & no patience. I had order a combo deal on my app phone, as I orderedwhat I wanted i clearly said I?m using my app deal than I went to the window where she didn?t charge me my deal as I gave her mybar code app to scan & I had told her this is not the deal price so she gave me a attitude by saying why didn?t you mention thedeal app which I told her I did tell you & if maybe you had your earpiece you would of heard the other end when I placed myorder, right there & than she stuck out her head out the window & said do you want a application, I was speechless & I told herthe truth & she didn?t apologized. If she can?t handle the job than she shouldn?t work in this field. Your Manager with short blonde hair with highlights is awful coming from the service industry as a manager who speaks to their... staff like that, saying listen to me when I speak.
