$10 bags of disappointment! If the younger generation wants to make change, start with this chain and shut them down. High... prices, low quality food, limited opportunities for personnel, long wait times, very poor customer service and basically thesame menu for decades. I counted ten employees at (10:44 AM)?with eight customers .. waiting for an order that I placed at (10:12 AM) ? received my... order at (10:41 AM ) .. my order was cold and soggy. Slower than Christmas, and still messes orders up. Waited 30 minutes in the double drive through (seriously tho this is the... stupidest design for this location, we lost parking space and it?s still slow as hell) for no one to answer me. So I went insideand waited another 15 minutes for the manager to mess my order up and serve other people who ordered after me. When I told themanager my order was wrong, she insisted I was the one who was wrong and refused to give me a refund or remake my food. Thedining area was dirty and there was all sorts of spilled drinks near the soda fountain.4 people were outside having a smokebreak when the biggest lunch crowd rolled up. Hire staff that clean the dining area and hire managers who can acceptresponsibility when they mess a customers order up. About sick and tired of asking for sauce and they either don't deliver or give a different one. I always ask for buffalo and... ranch most the time don't get ranch, but this time they gave tangy BBQ and buffalo. My girlfriend also asked for a regular deluxcrispy chicken. They locked the doors because they didn't have enough staff, my husband was inside and had to wait to get let out. The food is... synthetic. I don't eat it. When will mam have higher standards and not except poison? Because they make it taste good? Read more
2nd time that me and my husband have visited here and they have consistently made good burgers. I enjoyed their Big Mac (even if... it's smaller than what I remember) and my hubby had their Quarter Pounder with Cheese.
