This Wendy's food is somewhat fresh. The employees are not very friendly. One morning I sat at the drive thru speaker without... anyone responding. I drove to the window and watched a woman ignore me for a few minutes so I left and went to the Wendy's inTraverse City. Much better results at thar one. Food is good. Wait time is reasonable. Staff is friendly. The only issue we have with this location is that every time we... purchase from this location, our order is wrong - meaning: we ordered, what we ordered was repeated back to us and shows on theorder screen correctly. But, when we receive the order, there is always something incorrect or missing. Most recently, astrawberry frosty and the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Before that was missing fries. Read more
Arrived at this Wendy's at 10:35pm on a Tuesday and there was a line of cars sitting in the drivthru and then leaving because... none of the workers were responding over the intercom. We saw an employee standing in the kitchen area when we drove by theserving windows. Read more
The service was horrible. They got the order wrong. The frosties were basically chocolate milk. The staff was arguing back... and forth in front of an open drive thru window. Asked for the order to be corrected and got attitude back. Staff memberwearing t-shirt tied up like a mid drift and jeans. Not sure who the manager was or if there was even one on duty to directthis 3 ring circus of poor service. Won't be getting my business again. Read more
I'm done giving Wendy's a break. Never again. Their food has gone downhill every year. The chicken is NOT the original classic... chicken breast I grew up with and NOT anything like they had when I worked Wendy's back in the 90s. Read more

Always good service and the orders are always completed perfectly. The staff here is very nice, but this place is usually quite... busy, so you may have to wait in the drive thru. It's never excessive and the staff moves quickly and efficiently. Read more
Staff was courteous and friendly. That is the 2 stars. The hamburger was ice cold. Bacon was so hard it was like gravel.... Originally stopped for a peppermint frosty. Disappointing. Had a medicinal taste versus a pleasant peppermint. No silverware. Nonapkins in bag. Read more
