The Subway in Intervale next to Trails End ice cream shop (Which by the way is a great ice cream shop) is the worst Subway I... have ever been to. The worst customer service. They always have a bad attitude. They are always out of so much stuff. If youhave your heart set on eating Subway go to the 1 in North Conway. They are careless and don't care about costumers. This is the worst subway I?ve ever seen. The back door is always wide open, people are always smoking weed inside, drinking... beers. And not one but TWO people are sleeping/living here. They don?t clean their tables and the place is always a mess. If Icould give them a zero star I would! Do not recommend going here. Read more
Eh, I'd skip it. Cute place, but not all the food or service was great. We waited along time for everything, which I wouldn't... comment on because thats everywhere right now, except the table next to us seemed to be getting waaaaay better service. We gotthere before them, and order about half the amount of food they did, and we're there for twice as long. I ordered the porkbelly tacos, and they were underwhelming. They mostly consisted of the pickled veggies and very little pork on top. However, awoman at the table next to us ordered the same plate, and hers had about twice the amout of meat and avocado mine did. Seems tobe a common theme there. My friend order the steak plate and that was very good though, so not all bad. Read more
I came to this subway Friday, 8/13/21. It was 11:25 am when I walked in. I was with a group of 5 people, 6 sandwiches to order.... While directly in the middle of our order the employee stated they were out of ham. Jokingly a couple people in my group madejokes about it, instantly William the manager, very rudely says ?well it?s so busy and nobody told you all to come to my valley?then proceeded to scream at 2 people in our group for being on the phone. Then he skipped over the rest of my group to go on tothe next customers order. Another employee noticed and proceeded to make the last sandwich of our order. It sat on the counterfor 2 minutes while William just stood there giving me a death glare. Then he proceeded to pick it up, throw it in the trash,and then wait another couple minutes before making us aware we couldn?t order. I stated I would be contacting corporate andWilliam began yelling at me that he was the manager, then informed me I had to leave. So I did, and then was followed by Williamfrom subway to about 15 minutes down the street, all while screaming at me, chasing me, threatening me, and informing me I wasgoing to get beat up. I told him to not come anywhere near me, and he proceeded to try and get close to my face. Absolutely sounprofessional and beyond disrespectful. I?m just curious when did following people out of a restaurant and into another countybecome a management duty? Read more
We went there on the way to a hike. People working there are very friendly and professional. We came as a large group with lots... of kids and felt very welcomed. Sandwiches were yummy, they made them very quickly and the order was accurate. Great place tostop for a quick bite! Read more
When I came in there was one gentleman already being served, the employee did not greet or acknowledge me, even while waiting... for the man's sandwich to toast. Then another worker came out eventually and served me, they stacked my meat, cheese andtoppings on top of one another, the vegetables did not reach the end of the sandwich. And when wrapping the sandwich instead oftucking the filling in with the knife like most subways do, this employee just wrapped up my sandwich so my condiments ended upall over the wrapper and not really in my sandwich. Poor customer service, no sense of urgency and no cookies at 5pm when theyclose at 8pm. Read more
