Couple months ago, I forgot to review this regards on indoor dining closed. Biggest concern is that being myself as deaf person... and I had to use drive thru to the window to inform the worker I'm deaf, and they had no clue when I had to type in my phone toorder food. I think something that need a better accessible who can't hear or can't take order by speaker. I mean if it iseasier to go lobby and take order for take out or build an app that can order online and have worker bring it out to the car ascurbside pick up just like McDonald's does. It was quick, and my shake was great. Otherwise, my Papa burger was disgusting and my onion rings were soggy. I was very... disappointed after looking forward to trying a local A&W. Unfortunately, judging by the rest of the reviews, the owner wouldrather bash the consumer rather than admit fault and correct issues in the restaurant. Read more
A week ago I was fried from this A&W You may be wondering why or how. Well as a 14 year old on my first day I was nervous as one... should. This was my first time working here I did well on my first day in my opinion I thought this place was a niceenvironment, kids like me working. But it was around the second day where Things got dicey now remember it's my second day not amaster worker I was working on what they call expo. I think Where you put the food in bags in different ways I messed up. A fewtimes and from that day forward I was not being trended fairly. And the big reason why I was fired is because I was on my phonebut I did not hear anyone tell me not be on my phone I seen the other kids on there phone, Heck on my first day this one kidsaid I can if were waiting on orders to come. and another reason is eating the food. Now but the kids said "you can just eatleft overs if you want" this felt like a toxic work environment. but most of the reasons i was fired is because of people sayingI can do this or that. What is going on there? Went in for lunch & couldn?t get to the register because of a group of young kids visiting & chatting... with their friends who worked there. After we were able to order we noticed the seating area blocked off, looked around & sawmesses & trash everywhere. Behind the blocked off seating area was full of trash, shoes, crayons, coloring books, used cups,food wrappers & miscellaneous junk. Very strange, poor service & dirty. Is there a manager/adult/owner? Who runs this place? Read more
Decent fast food. Nice outdoor seating area. They don't do the frosted mugs anymore and they changed their chicken sandwich to... chicken sliders. Friendly staff. Still a great place to get a root beer float. Read more
Delicious chicken nuggets but the price for the meal was more expensive than I had anticipated, $11 for chicken nuggets meal... seems a little high considering that's $3 more expensive than a meal at Raising Cane's which also includes garlic bread andslaw. The nuggets were tasty, but for that price they should have given a larger drink at least. That's just my opinion but I'msticking to it. Read more
Love this place. The burgers are like diner burgers juicy and thicker than other fast food. The fries are yummy. Crispy on the... outside. And the Sriracha cheese curds are a must! Also never gone and not got a big smile at this location. Read more
