So to start, I also work in food service and the girl in the front of house you can tell hates her job, (so many open tables... where servers are and she didn?t even bother to seat smaller parties.) waited about 20 mins to be seated which is a joke. If Icould genuinely give 0 stars for the fact when I was seated with my partner we had no silverware and our food was served lol. 3different employees talked to us. Kind of hard to even know who to give a tip to so why even give one? Our food came outlukewarm-cold and for the amount of times I have went to other Apple bees this is by far the most lousy and lazy service I havegotten. Read more

Our host Tiana was great. Good personality, very friendly. Our waitress Mark seemed to be upset saying ?oh my gosh? while... looking at us as he walked past our table. While taking out order he was rushing and did not repeat our order back to us andwhen our food came out to us it was wrong. Mark didn?t ask us how our meal, drinks or experience was. We love ordering lunch from this location! Our office orders lunch frequently and Applebee's is light years ahead of the other... restaurants for to-go orders. Our orders are always correct, they don't skimp on dressings, they package everything so it staysfresh, and the food is way better than other Applebee's locations. IGH Applebee's and team - you rock! Fast and kind service. We were seated right away on a Sunday at noon. It was not very busy at all. We received our food quickly... and it was done correctly. No issues. I enjoyed the chicken bowl.
