Placed online order and received confirmation at 3pm with delivery time of 4:10pm. Called at 5:10pm and stated nothing had... arrived. I was told "Someone tried to call you but it was the wrong number". I verified the phone number on my order, it is mycell phone and there have been zero incoming calls since I placed my order. I advised my email address is required on the orderas well, do they attempt to call more than once or attempt to email? "No we do not". I advised I had placed the order andreceived a confirmation why would they not process the order and deliver it? "Because it was placed an hour before we opened sowe didn't know if you still wanted it". Well, I didn't cancel it when I got the confirmation with a 4:10 delivery time did I? No phone call.
