Waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes for a simple order (1 light roast and 1 decaf with oat milk, nothing... complicated). Finally had to park and walk inside and wait another 5 minutes to get my order. And both coffees had been sittingon the counter the whole time and were incorrectly made (no oat milk). Read more

Great coffee, great service. We use the app almost exclusively. My problem is the parking lot. It has been falling apart for... years and is only patched occasionally. Potholes all the time. We have another Caribou near us and we sometimes go there just toavoid driving into this lot. We are very frequent customers but we're about to give up. Fix that lot and do it right. Read more
Customer service was excellent. We ordered two drinks and Received them quickly. Atmosphere in the dining area was nice. Only... complaint is there were spots of warm coffee in my ice coffee. Had to mix and stir for awhile before it had all cooledoff. Recommendation for a quick coffe. Read more

Normally go here to get my morning Sugar free Vanilla cold press which is my coffee choice. However if your looking for a... really sweet and refreshing drink, try the green tea lemonade sparkling and add a full shot of raspberry!!! So so good!!! Nexttime I get one I'll be sure to post a picture????. Service is fair...sometimes a little hectic but overall it's my first pickfor coffee in the Inver Grove Heights area. Read more
