I order 2 sandwiches and only received 1 at the time of check out when asked where was the other sandwich the guy never Made it... smh ??????????? so I paid $20 dollars for 1 sandwich and two bags of chips and a soda and then had to wait 5 minutes to pay $9dollars for another sandwich. To many kids working here with no real management kids need more training watching them make like10 sandwich and didn?t even mark them so they didn?t know witch sandwich was who?s I give this store 1 ?? and two thumbs down???????? ???????? Went in to get a veggie John, the guy with the red beard, slight blew and wiped his nose in the white apron he was wearing at... the register after he came off line of making subs. I was revolted scared and shocked to see someone do this at a eatery duringthese covid days. You guys need to wear masks if you dealing with our food. I?ve been a long time customer of Jimmy Johns. I actually worked at their St Paul location. What?s it like being a delivery... driver in the heart of downtown? It can be stressful but meeting people and dropping off the food with a warm smile can makesomeone?s day. I have been going to the IGH location I would recommend ordering in person because online can be difficult andthey miss things in your order. But I do still like getting my unwhich and capicola.
