This was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any Little Ceasars location. I waited nearly an hour for... 2 regular pepperoni pizzas... when I asked the waiting time, I was told 7/15 minutes. They were playing trap music with explicitprofanity throughout the store. The staff are mostly teens, which isn't an issue, but they were extremely unprofessional. Zeroto no skill in customer service. Not even a "sorry for the wait." or "Have a good night." no awareness to what they'reproviding. I was seriously disappointed in the all around work ethic. I don't necessarily blame the young staff, I blame theirmanagement. They don't seem to have been taught any sort of decency when it comes to working with the general public. Absolutely horrible service, employees had no idea what they were doing, the people in the back in the kitchen were just... blasting music, waited over 20 min for a cheese pizza and crazy bread which they clearly had already premade, didn?t get norefund, no food, no nothing, just time wasted and bad service. Definitely don?t recommend coming here. Read more
