This was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any Little Ceasars location. I waited nearly an hour for... 2 regular pepperoni pizzas... when I asked the waiting time, I was told 7/15 minutes. They were playing trap music with explicitprofanity throughout the store. The staff are mostly teens, which isn't an issue, but they were extremely unprofessional. Zeroto no skill in customer service. Not even a "sorry for the wait." or "Have a good night." no awareness to what they'reproviding. I was seriously disappointed in the all around work ethic. I don't necessarily blame the young staff, I blame theirmanagement. They don't seem to have been taught any sort of decency when it comes to working with the general public. Absolutely horrible service, employees had no idea what they were doing, the people in the back in the kitchen were just... blasting music, waited over 20 min for a cheese pizza and crazy bread which they clearly had already premade, didn?t get norefund, no food, no nothing, just time wasted and bad service. Definitely don?t recommend coming here. Read more
If price is the issue, this is the place. Decent pizza at a great price. Always seems like they have new people who seem... slightly confused working there. Read more
My stepson works here. They do a very good job here. Love the pizza and prices at little Caesars. Always have.
They made my food then handed it off to someone else on top of that I had already been waiting 30mins. Then tried to give me the... pizza that was brought back ny the others.... Then had to waited another 25mins to get my order wont ever prder here again! Read more
Placed a phone order and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes before heading to the store then had to... wait another 45 minutes only for them to tell me that they had it sitting in the warmer underneath the whole time. I went in and ordered two fresh pizzas and a fresh order of crazy bread. While the crazy bread was fresh and one pizza looked... good, I was given a pizza that had been sitting way too long to be served. Not happy at all! I will go to a different locationas to this is how it has been every time I seem to go. Read more
Very dusty ceiling Cashier did not appear to wash his hands in between making pizzas 25 minute wait for my food (cheese pizza... and crazy bread) people who came in and ordered behind me got their food first.
