It doesn't happen very often but I was feeling like I wanted to have McDonald's so my son and I just went there tonight and... ordered two number 3's medium with Cokes and we get to the window he gives us our food and there's no fries in there and he saidthat he didn't understand that we wanted the meal when I specifically ordered two number 3's. I get my meal and there's nobottom bun. If you spend that much money on a Double Quarter Pounder meal cannot even get a full bun. Between people shuttingthere brains off while there at work and people not caring! This place is garbage! So Between managers not caring aboutcustomer's and the young kids that don't no anything. Waited 20+ min for rather large order (2 kids meals, 3 LG sandwiches, 2 shakes) yes frustrating but you were busy helping... others, 2 ppl walked out after no service at counter. Finally food arrives. After getting home, no requested sauce for coldHappy Meals. Keeping in mind, my family would have liked to eat together, back to your store drive-thru, requested 8 sauce,pulled up and manager, short male, blue shirt, asked how many? I repeated 8. He put 4 in a bag and passed them to a young man tohand me. I guess he was ashamed to show himself, ha ha I gave her 4. I requested 8 because, believe it or not, it somehowhappened last week! So thanks for an expensive, cold, wasted meal. I would like a reply from a senior manager, for obviousreasons. Read more

This location always closes their indoor dining at 7-8pm, depending on the day and how they're feeling, but will have ONE... drive-thru lane (instead of the 2 they have) open until 10pm. I don't drive. So every time I've walked to this location, thedoors are locked and I keep going earlier and earlier only to keep finding it locked. I prefer the other locations on Cahill &55th, but this is the closest one to me with a 10 min walk. I love the company. Hence 2 stars. It's the people making thedecisions here that are questionable. I just got legit yelled at by the manager working there today at around 8:20am. I marked that I was here and walked in. I waited... for about a minute while they were helping other customers. When the nice lady working asked for my number I showed her. Thenthe manager guy (blue striped polo shirt) hollered at me, ?I CALLED NUMBERS A LONG TIME AGO?. Wow. We are talking raised voiceyelling. I told him he didn?t need to be a _____ about it. It was clear from the facial expressions of the other people workingthat they are aware this guy is a ______. He gave me my food and I left. I?m looking forward to finding out who owns thisMcDonald?s. This isn?t okay. He yelled at the wrong person. The food is yummy though! Everyone who works at this location hasbeen kind and helpful. I'm done with this location. I'll just go to the McDonald's on 55th & Cahill. This is not the first time they've messed up my... order, but it will be the last. I even called to talk with the manager. "Oh sorry about that. I'll talk to the staff." My orderwas completely wrong & he did not even offer to have me come back for the correct items. I called at 9:40 pm on the 31st - incase someone reads this & cares what a @#$% manager was on duty at that time. Read more

The gentleman who I assume was the manager was very friendly and progressional. I was charged for a cheaper order behind me in... the drive through and handed their order. I noticed right away I was handed the wrong order and just let them know it wasn?tmine. Manager came over, got me my correct order no problem and without showing any signs of frustration towards the employeesfor a simple mistake anyone could make in the drive through. Despite my order being more, he did not charge me the differencefor the minor inconvenience. I appreciated his efforts and his quick action to correct it and get the orders redone! He handledit in a VERY professional matter! Not always common in the fast food industry to have good management. The only issue was mycoke was diet instead of regular, but that was no issue for me since I?ll drink either one anyway. The food was also fresh andtasted great today, which also isn?t always what you get at fast food restaurants. Read more
