Will not be back. Had to send the burger back because it was undercooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. Both are buns... were burnt. Had to get new buns and were brought back burned again. The whole meal tasted like a dirty grill. There are like 2true German meals on the menu. Bratwurst with chips and a deep fried winersnitsel sandwich. better places around here . Read more

I wanted to love Bierstube so bad. I love German food, beer and local bars. Let me emphasize our first experience here was... great. Attentive server/bartender, delicious food and a good time. We stopped in again last week for some drinks before a movieand the bartender made audible rude comments about having to serve us, made my drink wrong, and refused to acknowledge uspromptly. It was a Wednesday; it was not busy. We came back again to watch the game, get some food and drinks. Our server wasfriendly but not very attentive.. My drink was incorrect again. Our food took a little, which is no big deal. The same bartenderwas working and rude to my boyfriend AGAIN as well as noticeably rude to other patrons. (If you don?t want to work in theservice industry, and be personable, DONT-it makes people uncomfortable). I received ?silverware? that was only a knife: meaningit was reused from another table. I had an empty drink for almost 20 minute and was never asked if I wanted another. I was sohoping this would be our new spot, but as a bartender of 10 years, I was disappointed at the service and experience we receivedrecently. Not sure if we will come back. Second time coming to this location! Always great environment, people laughing and enjoying themselves. All the staff was great!... Food was awesome, we didn?t know it was $10 Burger ???? night! Any burger, anything on it, for $10. We also got a few freetickets for a raffle they were having for the Vikings ???? game. It was slightly chilly, but its better than being hot :) Read more

This place is just fun, and hearty enough to help you brave that winter storm. Not the place to go if you want to be upscale and... persnikkity, but ideal if you want some traditional German food at reasonable prices. I had the house Platte where you get someof everything, and I would recommend having at least two to dine on this if they are big eaters, four if they are more average.Lots of beer, lots of happy people including families at lunch, and a place that I have already been back to! Friendly atmosphere. Price is right. Lol for what u get...Service is good. Beer could be colder so its good the mugs are... frosted. Tonight I had a Ruban10.15$ a signature dish here...which was not cooked. Bread was soggy and the meat and cheese wereboth ice cold So then I tried the Brat medallion ( appetizer)10$ it was some kind of hot dog cut up but probably the mostdisturbing thing is that this German restaurant pairs the Signature Brat medallion with garlic bread ( a hoagie bun with butterand garlic salt)and marinara sauce that comes in a plastic container with foil.
