Drink was fine - standard quality. Sat inside, basically silent. This is my go to Starbucks, I see familiar faces every time I do pick up order or drive thru they have treated me nice and... sometimes we have small talks & when I have change I always tip.I did a pick up order on a Sunday afternoon I went inside thestore and half my order was missing which it was all of the bakery, I have let one of the girls know I was missing my bakeryitems and she told me that the item we requested was out of stock and to go talk to the blonde girl to replace any bakery item,so I go over there to approach her & she looks at me & just go back to warming up the breads and i waited for a few minutesuntil she was done but the first girl ended up helping me again and asking what item I ended up choosing & the blonde girl warmsup my items and I thought she was going to hand them over to me since I was in front of her but she ends up walking the otherside and drops them on the counter and she just looks at me, I was the only customer in store I don't know if she was having abad day but as an ex barista I know it can be stressful but I just didn't feel welcome. I go to 2 starbucks in west Saint Paul. One of them is brand new. It's the one over by cub foods off of Robert St and Mendota... Rd. Customer service is great. The people are friendly but they are very slow. Like... To the max. I will cut them some slackhowever, they are brand new. Can't complain about anything else about that location. It's all great tasting and consistent withother Starbucks. The Starbucks in Thompson St and Robert is my favorite. The man running drive thru in the morning is always socheerful. And boy, I'll tell ya, there line is always long but there never backed up. No matter how long that line gets I'm inand out before i get a chance to get even slightly annoyed!! Kudos to Starbucks.
