Very bad. Workers=terrible. No one took responsibility of there mistakes and blamed it on us. Everyone working there were all... ignorant. One person was working not even in a proper attire and was talking to his co workers instead of serving me and myfamily. Will not be coming back. Read more
I think it’s great that A&W in Invermere hire teenagers, it’s been a struggle in this valley for many places to find... employment. I get things can be slow, it happens everywhere. The capacity of our little town can only handle so much of thepopulation increase. To see the many negative comments about the staff is truly disappointing. Most of them are teenagers. Specifically asked for a papa burger and somehow I only get 1 patty?! Used to be great service and excellent food.. This has... really ruined my AW experience… fries were so cold and front monitor needs to be fixed so people can review the order beforedriving to the window!! Read more
What the heck is going on with this AW?? Took a long time to get service, music (that wasnt the approved over the speakers... music) was blaring in the kitchen. The kitchen was a disgusting disaster, food and stuff all over the floor. Cleanliness wasobviously not a priority (inside was not busy) Guy on fryer not wearing gloves and using bare hands to drop food into fryer. Thegirl who served us our food was unpleasant. Our food was hot but I got very little onion rings with my order (not even half abag). I used to brag how good this AW was, something has gone terribly wrong here!!! Read more
First time coming here since we had to make a stop for lunch with the family. Long line up and the food took forever, it was... like 45 mins wait. It wasn’t super busy. Drive thru was also a long line up but apparently the workers there gave priority tothe drive thru compare to the dine in. They probably never dealt with so many customers all at once. Hopefully it will getbetter with the servicing since summer time is here and there will be a lot of visitors from out of town coming in. Read more
Food is always fresh and tasty, and the team members are great at their job. This A&W has a huge drive thru with quite... impressive height clearance, so seem to do most of their business this way. Their covid-19 policies are evident andthorough. Lion King > Monsters Inc ???? Read more
