horrible dairy queen probably the worst one i?ve been to. they where rude and disrespectful. one of the workers came up to me... and asked if anyone had taken my order and then when i said no they walked away and sat on there phone. and no it was not therebreak they just didn?t want to take my order. they also did not have anyone in the drive thru and no one was infront of me. ialso found hair and plastic in my ice cream and so did my friend. they are very overpriced and my orange julius was gross andlumpy.and there pop has more water then pop. I went up to the counter and asked for a side of ranch dressing and was told I had to pay for sauce. Okay no big deal. I payed... the 50 cents or whatever it was, and when my mom went up to the counter and asked for a side of sauce they gave it to her forfree. I don?t understand why I was forced to pay 50 cents when my mom got it for free. The price dosent bother me, but why dosome customers get different treatment than others? Read more
Nice staff..very fast order prep..fresh buns and fries. Ate in... and we really like how they have ketchup and plenty of... napkins at each table. Most fast food joints give bare minimum these days (ketchup and napkins)... Good option for quick eats. Read more
We ordered a large fries. They recommended a basket, we got back to our place an the box was half full... never in my life (I've... worked industry for over 5 years) have we weighed fries!! All we wanted was a full box of fries an they just argued their"rules" we thankfully got a refund but I will never go to dq again unless it's for ice cream cake only and there is no marbleslab around. We wanted to order a box of fries and they said would you like to upgrade to basket of fries thinking it would be enough to feed... a family of 4? when we got home the box was a quarter full so we returned them and got our money back because they said nothingthey can do about it! Got two BBQ honey chicken strip meals and paid $26 for two. Both have exactly the same amount. If your going to charge high... prices, adjust your portions accordingly. This is disappointing. Read more
Picked up some ice cream cones and freezes while trying to kill some time before check-in. They were consistent with other DQ... locations. The staff at the drive-thru were prompt and courteous. Read more
