The nicest room I\'ve ever stayed in. I dont even golf, I came out for a wedding, but I would love to come stay here again. Huge... gorgeous bathroom and the best view. Comfy bed. This golf course is most certainly one of my favorites in the valley, however yesterday it was most certainly very... disappointing. The customer service was poor, the golf was very slow (5 hour round) and the marshall was incompetent. On a goodnote, we waited so long at every hole, that eventually an employee arrived with a $15 voucher for dinner. Dinner was delicious -pricy but delicious. Read more
The golf course is beautiful. The rooms are amazing, comfortable and classy. Everything you could ever need. The blankets they... give you are such a great idea and the common areas (on top of the private patio) are great for reading and relaxing.\nTheservice was quick and friendly, the room service food from the restaurant was above expectations. We booked an impromptu anniversary weekend here and I guess we got lucky getting the last room. Beautiful views, good food at... the restaurant, nice walking paths, very nice rooms not to mention the Rocky Mountain Soap Company shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Nespresso machines in every room. Really cute swings out back with amazing views. I expected something like this inKelowna but here we have a beautiful facility just 3 hours from home. 10/10 Truly a hidden gem. Read more
Just tried to have a quick meal on the patio after playing a round of golf. 9 empty tables but we were told that we can?t be... seated because of ?reservations?. Do you mean to tell me that all 9 of those tables were going to fill up in the next 45min?!!Taylor looked like she was the one in charge but unfortunately clearly has absolutely NO critical thinking abilty. Arrived late in the night (midnight). Late night gentleman was very nice. Next morning went to proshop to sign in and see if... there was a discount for the course green fees, as we were told there would be since we stayed at the course/ resort lodge. Ladyat proshop was very very rude, no customer service skills. Said to go talk to the front desk gentleman who was also rude. Allother staff very good and very helpful. Will pick another course to stay and play at next time. Fairways were in poor condition.Greens were in good condition. Waiter at the restaurant was very nice. Read more
I would like to give a 5 star to this property. It is a new built and everything is top notch in terms of quality. Everything... inside the room feels very new and luxurious. There are fire pits available for guests to enjoy in the evening; along with theawesome views of the mountains and Columbia river.There is a huge golf course as well if you like golf or just click somepictures. Oh i forgot there is a huge swing as well for both kids and adults.\nHighly recommend this property. Read more
Overall my experience at Eagle Ranch Resort was positive. The rooms were in good condition and looked very modern/trendy. They... used all Rocky Mountain Soap company products which I am a personal fan of.\n\nThe reasons for my 4 star:\n- Front desk lady wasnot the friendliest lady. She was somewhat helpful, but I felt I was bothering her by approaching or asking questions.\n- Therooms tables and cabinets were dusty\n- The hot water kettle that was provided was covered in slimy scale... I\'m assuming waterhas been sitting in there for very long time and was never emptied.\n- The internet was sufficient fast to stream movies orvideos, but we did experience the wifi dropping a few times over our two nights stay. We would not be able to reconnect for20-30 minutes.\n- We experienced weird electrical issues on both nights, where the lights would flicker and the chargers on ourphones would continuously reconnect. On the first night that this happened my phone did not even get a complete charge, so I\'massuming it happened all throughout the night. The worst part of this was my sleep apnea machine would turn off throughout thenight; this would unfortunately wake me up and I\'d have to restart my machine. Read more
