Food was good not great. Drinks were very good. Service was excellent. It's probably a 3.5 not a 4 but the service was good... enough for me to round up. Strip- Loin Steak was cooked medium rare to perfection veggies and mashed potato's were good aswell. Fettuccine with Salmon and Caviar was okay lots of salmon in the dish and a small amount of caviar. Cream sauce wasbland, and Salmon was over cooked. Still was not terrible. We celebrated our anniversary last night and we had Carlie as our server, she was extremely knowledgeable about the menú and... wine pairing, all her recommendations were amazing and in general she made our experience Very special. We had family from Ontario visit us. We took them to Elements Restaurant for dinner. Our server, Carlie, was an absolute gem!... The chicken wings were incredible! Super crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Our entrees were good, but not great.... There were a lot of flavour profiles which kind of confused the palate. The signature drinks were also pretty good. I am notmuch of a drinker, but still found something that I really liked. Phil, the waiter, was very lovely and provided fantasticservice.
