I don?t ever leave a bad review anywhere and I don?t expect much from anyone as long as I get my groceries. However, today i... greeted the cashier and got no response back, then I get asked if I want a bag and it gets thrown at me and then the cashierjust walks away from the booth, almost like I wasn?t welcome there. The shelves if this store are very cleaned out, no bread left by dinner time except the expensive natural type stuff. Meat... selection was thin, and not a lot of produce variety (the produce present was good quality). Staff were friendly, prices weregood. Store is clean. Visited Wednesday in mid August. Read more
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE For a small town and a location where more than half of the customer traffic that comes to this store... are NOT LOCALs, one would expect a half decent service from Front End Staff. The Front End Cashier that helped us didn't greetnor made eye contact, and was shoving our groceries like they were garbage, attitude like he doesn't wanna be there. Horrible. I rarely leave reviews but the experience at this store was so negative, I will never return. First, the shelves were... mostly empty. I know it was a few days after the long weekend but come on. Low stock is one thing, empty is another. I can beunderstanding of all that, but I cannot believe the way the cashier treated me. No greeting, no acknowledgement of my existence,then a mumbled ask for my optimum card followed by clear irritation when it took me 20 seconds to grab it. However, the worst totop it off was the THROWING of my bag at me. How this is acceptable behaviour, I will never understand. I will never return tothis store. Read more
The produce I picked up was good quality. Some of the shelves were a little bare, but they were working on restocking them. It... was nice to see that the aisles were directional and that most people were abiding by them. When I arrived around 10am on aMonday, the store wasn't busy at all, but by the time I was ready to checkout, it was getting busy and there was quite thelineup for checking out. The cashier's did a great job and were jumping from one till to the next to allow people time to bagtheir items as they were not running more than one person through at a time (i.e. using the diverter on the till for the nextindividual's groceries). Canadian friends I was visiting shop here. Big city lower prices and a reasonably good selection. It's great for eliminating... long drive shopping trips to stock up. Not necessary to do that. Read more
Like the name says..No Frills but it has most of the grocery products I want and better prices than other grocery stores
