Every time I've visited this location Applebee's the service and the food has been excellent. I recently visited for takeout and... the young lady behind the bar who took my order was extremely friendly, professional and helpful! Not only was I acknowledged assoon as I entered the building but while I was waiting for my food I sat in the waiting room and was acknowledged by almostevery server that walked by asking if I was being helped. In my opinion that speaks volumes. Versus just being ignored likeother places. So this location will be the only one I will visit. Read more
I really wish I checked the reviews before coming in. We got here at 11:30 and got seated quickly? our waitress Danielle was... fairly nice ?we ordered? everything seemed ok.. My son?s appetizer came first and I was expecting my house salad to come soonafter but it was taking quite some time? she came over to the table to ask if we were doing ok? and I asked hey Is the saladcoming with my entree or before ? And she says oh I?m going to check right now? comes back with salad and straw because yeah sheforgot to give me a straw with my drink 20 mins ago.. anyway got my food which was pasta so I waited about 2 mins and I askedher for Parmesan cheese.. she said yes I?ll bring it right out.. 20 minutes went by? she was serving other tables and runningall over the place she comes back to ask if everything is ok.. by then I was already annoyed because everything was taking solong and my pasta was already cold.. i told her that i did not get my cheese and I just want to go containers and My check andnot surprised once i gave her my card another 10 minutes went by until she brought my card back !!!!! Our server Alyson was great. She was very attentive, funny, and overall was a great experience because of her. You don?t get... good service anymore, but we definitely did with her. Better than I remember Applebee's. It has been a few years, since I have been too an Applebee's,because of poor food and... service. This visit has changed my mind. The menu variety is good, gluten sensitive options, something for everyone kids->adults. Read more
Just ate here evening of 6/25, waited about a minute to get seated and 10 for drinks and order. Almost a whole hour later, 2 of... the 3 in our party have our food, the 3rd never received their meal, period. The server was almost deliberately avoiding us itseemed after taking our order. One member was also given a half a drink as a "free sample" and was still added to the bill. Willnever return to this location, laughable customer service. Read more

Overall- very disappointing meal. The service was extremely slow and sporadic. I asked for another water, it was brought to... another table and we were left waiting. The food took a very long time to come. The one positive was the the waitstaff wererather nice. The food was not good; I would have expected a better for the price. .The chicken with shrimp was very dry.... andthere were only 3 minuscule shrimp that were not appealing at all?- certainly did not look like the menu photo, not even close.The 6oz steak looked like a 4 oz and was also over cooked. Both meals were over salted, but in absence of good seasoning.... the garlic mashed potatoes had no taste of garlic, and were extremely lumpy with lumps of unmashed potato. The onion rings werehorrible. I don?t know what oil they used or breading, but it had a nasty taste. Probably a combination of bad oil, too muchbreading and need for a new recipe. Additionally, there was almost no onion? they would be better off just getting some onionrings from McDonalds. The bathroom was semi clean, it looks like it was cleaned, but still had a funny smell. We waited over 30 Minutes for a couple drinks and for the order to be taken. Order was put in wrong so had to wait another hour... for it to be corrected only to get mediocre food. For more than $10 per plate I would at least expect the food to taste decentand be warm. It was a busy night, but when every table around you has the same complaints I think it?s justifiable to say thatit?s not worth it. We were gonna put in an order of Alfredo in to go but the table behind us sent both their Alfredo?s back forbeing extremely watery and cold. The server was nice and I?m sure it wasn?t her fault but every complaint had a differentexcuse and someone else to blame. The promotions were not clear so when the bill came it was a ridiculously crazy amount. Wewere told we?d be getting one of the meals free since the food coming out was late but it was not adjusted. Drinks were $10 PERDRINK. Do not go here unless you want a bad experience. Applebees needs to do better than this. Read more
