After working a full week I decided to order ice cream for a treat. Ordered two scoop sundae and three scoop sundae. Received a... text message from the Uber driver saying this location was out of three of the five Ice cream flavors I requested. So I chosereplacement and was informed that they didn't have those flavors either. The driver then text me saying they had no peanutbutter topping or mini M&Ms..... unbelievable. But I am very happy to say I dared to try the spooky and spicy flavor ice creamand IT WAS AWESOME. Guess my friends and family will stick with Dairy Queen. Read more
Today was a different story! I always get a medium Cappi blast, for several months now. no whipped cream extra carmel. Always... just over $5.75. Every time. Well, whoever Bri is told the girl to charge me an extra 99 cents for the extra carmel! I wasupset, so it was over 6.80 for a medium! Which that is the price of a large..The girl who waited on me was wonderful, wish igot her name. next time I go and it happens again I will go to corporate. Avoid the apple cider and pumpkin spice donuts. Stick to the glazed and Old fashioned. The coffee is still good.
Trash customer service. Stood in the store for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Only 1 other customer and 5 workers... and they didn't greet me and my daughters, ask us if they could help, or anything. I asked if they were closed and the womansaid no but we take orders down here so we stood down there, still nothing!!! Ended up walking out. Customer service is a thingof the past!!! Read more
My drive-thru experience was not all that great. Speaker I don't think worked completely correctly oh, the Baskin-Robbins sign... was completely all messed up meaning that there are so many things missing out of it that you could actually see you thefluorescent lights in the sign where is the menu is. Will say that drive-thru was rather quick oh, but they could also be a reallack of things that people can order. Customer service was pretty spot-on and they got the order right. Also they double-checkedthat they got the order rate do to the speaker. Which I appreciate not the employee's fault that the buildings all busted up. Read more
The milkshakes are great here. The staff was super friendly even thought we came in near closing time. They also were able to... make great recommendations and offered samples of flavors. I will definitely visit again and recommend this place to others inthe mood for a sweet treat. Read more
