Have never encountered such a rude manger in my life. She did not and refused to listen to me but yet over talked and hung up on... me twice bc she “was busy”. Then gave my husband attitude when he asked what was going on with his online order while he waspicking it up. She said they were super busy and she just got the order 20 minutes after a 7 minute order time. Which was fineif she just communicated that instead of telling him if he wanted he could work behind the counter. When I called the store sherefused to refund my missing item bc she was “escalating” the problem. Bc she refused to listen to me and chose to argueabout how her justification in the the way she spoke to a customer was ok. All she had to do was listen to constructivecriticism bc no one’s job is easy but she didn’t want to hear that. We’ve never had a problem with our food or ordersuntil today but they way she spoke as a manager was unacceptable . Read more

Food is hot and fresh every time! I love these mobile order experience - just tell them what you want and when you want it, and... they'll have it bagged and ready to go when you pick it up! Staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn't give five starsis that the drive thru is often backed up to the entrance. Other than that, love this location! Read more
