The girl with the black and blue hair is my favorite part of this store. I pass 2 other Dunkin? Donuts just to come to this... location. You can tell she really cares about the customers and has fun at work not to mention she turned me on to my newfavorite drink! Flies, flies and flies. All the tables were dirty, had to clean myself. 1 person working Labor Day Monday and the lines was out... the door. Had to remind the person about my order after they waited on numerous customers without starting my order. Read more

Extremely rude management today. Absolutely no people skills. I would much rather go to the store down the road than ever stop... in here again. Was out of the flavor we wanted by the scoop and we already paid. We offered to buy a quart of what we wantedinstead and pay the difference. And she spoke to us as if we were stupid because we didn?t just want a different flavor by thescoop and argued with us. She scoffed and rolled her eyes. All we wanted to do was know the price difference and her attitudewas absolutely unnecessary. I have NEVER written a review before. Positive or negative. But I really did not appreciate beingdisrespected for absolutely no reason. Employees were very nice otherwise. But still won?t use this location again. Read more
The New Dunkins at Walmart Inverness. I appreciate they're new and getting in the groove but..the manager(with beard) Needs to... be trained. It was 4:00 and very busy. He decided to break out a large hi pitched shop vac. Instead of a broom and dust pan.Sucking up large chunks of styro or ?? Immediately it got clogged so He kept putting his hand on the hose making a hi pitchednoise, over and over. You don't do this at peak busy, you don't use a huge shop vac..serenity now!
